2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number or invoice for the return to be processed.
  • No Damage: Items should not have any stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Accessories Included: All accessories, tags, and free items that came with the product must be included in the return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your product:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer care team. We'll arrange for a pickup if needed.
  5. Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
