- Order Processing: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
- Payment Verification: For prepaid orders, processing begins immediately after payment confirmation
- COD Orders: Processing begins after order confirmation
Shipping Time
- Standard Delivery: 5-8 working days from dispatch
- Metro Cities: Usually 4-6 working days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Usually 6-8 working days
- Remote Areas: May take up to 10-12 working days

Free shipping on orders over ₹299! For orders below ₹299, a nominal shipping charge will apply.

- Orders below ₹299: Shipping charges as per location (typically ₹50-₹100)
- Express Delivery: Additional charges may apply for express delivery options

Your orders will be delivered by one of our trusted express delivery partners:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:
- Tracking Number: Sent via email and SMS
- Real-time Updates: Track your order status through our website or the delivery partner's tracking portal
- Delivery Notifications: SMS and email alerts at each stage of delivery

6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid any delivery delays:
- Complete Address: Include house/flat number, building name, street, area, landmark
- Contact Number: Provide a valid phone number that is reachable during delivery hours
- Pincode: Ensure the pincode is correct for accurate delivery
- Address Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to change the delivery address (before order is shipped)
7. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order:
- First Attempt: Delivery will be attempted at the provided address
- Subsequent Attempts: If the first attempt fails, 2-3 more attempts will be made
- Contact Required: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide authorization for safe drop
- Failed Delivery: If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and you'll be notified

Please keep the return slip (delivery receipt) safely. This slip is important for:
